No question we asked was treated as silly, unimportant or glossed over and left unanswered. Evan a salesman, named Rob, who was not directly involved in the sale was kind enough to answer a couple questions without acting as if it was an imposition while our salesman Raul was tied up in processing. Raul was completely knowledgeable and patient as a saint with a couple that hadn't purchased a new car in a decade. It was also a real pleasure to work with Dominick. He's a big fellow and could have been intimidating if he didn't have such a pleasant and professional personality. It is our opinion that your company has selected some excellent members for your team and we have no qualms about recommending them. Rob, Frank and Matt were absolutely great to work with. The entire sales process was extremely easy and fun. Everybody and everything was on time. Everyone went above and beyond and there was never a high pressure sales pitch to purchase the car or add any options to increase the sales price. I had the pleasure of working with Roger Spadaro on the phone and Internet. Roger and I spoke many times on the phone and by email. Although I bought a different brand, when I am ready to trade in my old pick-up it will be with Roger and Allen turner Hyundai. I highly recommend both Roger and Allen Turner Hyundai for there honest and friendly approach. My only regret is that I couldn't buy both cars. Thanks Roger. More

Allen Turner Hyundai listed a 2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport $6961. I contacted the dealership Friday November 9th and schedule an appointment to see the vehicle on Wednesday November 14th. I drove to the dealership from Foley Alabama to see the vehicle. When I arrived I was told that the Jeep was sent to auction. There was no telephone call to inform me, and the saleman did not tell anyone that someone was coming to look at the vehicle. More

My husband and I were looking for a new car. Since we've owned a Sonata for 10 years and loved it, we decided to look at the new ones. We were helped by Louis Vilar who was very pleasant and knowledgable ab owned a Sonata for 10 years and loved it, we decided to look at the new ones. We were helped by Louis Vilar who was very pleasant and knowledgable about the new Sonata we were looking for. We took a test drive and the car was so nice. We discussed financing, cost, etc. Louis was not "pushy" at all about buying. When we left there we decided to go to Eastern Shore Hyundai to check out their prices/cars. Their car selection was good but that was all. The salesman was very pushy, as were 2 other employees. In fact, all 3 followed us to our car to try to sell us one. We returned to Allen Turner and bought the original car we looked at. One of the main reasons we got it there was our salesman, Louis. He was very nice, not overbearing (like the other place), easy to work with and professional. Another thing that impressed us with Allen Turner was that Mr. Turner called us himself to make sure we knew that the company would work with us on our terms. When we returned to the showroom, he came over and thanked us and said if we had any trouble/questions, contact him. This was exceptional customer service. More

Worst experience ever. Told my my 73 year old mother ahe qualified for a lease, gave her the price, which was agreed upon by all. Then made her sit for 4 hours only to tell her at 7:30 at night she did no qualified for a lease, gave her the price, which was agreed upon by all.
