Flood Recovery UpdateThe Department is working with licensees and agents to assess damage and assist in cleanup efforts for impacted businesses. A survey of our stakeholders indicates that more than ten percent of our licensees and agents experienced flood damage. Some businesses, including Lyndonville Redemption & Beverage will remain closed until further notice. You can visitour websiteto learn more about resources available for flood-impacted Vermonters, and to learn how you can support recovery efforts by donating and volunteering. If you were impacted by the flood, it is important you document and report damage. You canreport damage online(preferred), or by calling 211. Documenting your damage is important for two reasons: 1) it will be useful if you submit an insurance claim and 2) it will help the state apply for federal disaster assistance.

Vermont has seen zero (0) alcohol-only related road fatalities since the beginning of 2024. A special thanks to our licensees. Their staff work hard to facilitate safe alcohol serving and selling. We commend their dedication to responsible, safe, and legal consumption. Let's make this upcoming Independence Day weekend full of celebrations. Enjoy your beverages responsibly and making safe decisions when you get behind the wheel.#highwaysafety #dontdrinkanddrive #responsibility
